We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final. 

International shipments are responsible for custom taxes and duties upon delivery. 

You can expect to receive your items within 7-10 business days. 

All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis. 

**In order to avoid any delays in shipping please provide matching shipping & billing addresses.

Okay Sis Hair Extension is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Claims related to lost packages, for which the carrier supplies photographic proof of delivery, cannot be guaranteed. Claim approval grants replacements only. 

By purchasing you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:  You have read the product description and understand the product that you are receiving. You understand and agree to our refund policy.  You understand that once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations can not be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc).

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
